Google Docs is a freeware online office suite consisting of a word processor (similar to Microsoft Word), a spreadsheet editor (like Excel) and a presentation creator (similar to PowerPoint).

You use your gmail account to sign up to this service. All documents are store online, and is thus available from any computer in the world. You can also choose to let other users collaborate on your projects and view or edit your documents.

PPT, DOC and XLS documents can be uploaded and edited in GoogleDocs.

Printing is available using Acrobat Reader as the interface.
